NO FEEDBACK

Good afternoon<br> <br> I bought discharge from the SAPS more than 7 years ago. I did all my paperwork and not a word for a few years. Tried to mail and contact but no success. After a few years I received a mail from Service Termination saying that I need to redo my paperwork. I went to their offices and did all my paperwork again. They said to me that it came back from GEPF and that some of my paperwork needed to be updated. I did all that. Again for years I did not hear a word, trying to phone and send mails but no success again. This year August I had to go in again and redo my paperwork again! I was told that my paperwork came back from GEPF and that there was a shortage of payment on my pension. According to them it was already processed for payment and then my file to be send to GEPF again. Since then no word again!!!!! They no not answer my mails. I tried to phone GEPF and send them a mail on the costumer service mail. I am staying in Zambia and it is not always easy to phone. Please can you advise if my file is back with GEPF.
