No contact....again

After my complained on the 9th, Lucille gave me a call promising that she will call me back to notify me on the progress. When that did not happen, i decided to call on number she insisted worked when I told her it doesn't. To my surprised the receptionist told me she has moved office and doesn't have any form of communication. Furthermore, she also told me that she is not working on 'smaller' cases but busy with bigger complaints. She dropped the phone when I asked to let me know what the difference was.<br> <br> Batho Pele! My case might be 'small' as colleague indicated. But I'm yet to loose everything I've worked for.<br> <br> Lucille you said you would call back. Please advise urgently! <br>
