No assistance from Lucille

<p>A week ago, I had written about the terrible service afforded to me by a team leader named Edith who had promised to call me after taking down my particulars. Since then I have yet to hear from her but decided not to think anything of it as Lucille had responded to me on friday January 20th. Lucille explained to me the way forward and gave me hope that i would get my money, but today January 27th, I have yet to hear from her. It bothers me that such people can be so hopelessly *********** and unprofessional yet still earn an income. How is it they can be trusted to deal with people's money?</p> <p> </p> <p>The calibre of these kleptocrats makes me wonder if there is something sinister at play. I cannot fathom how these people make simple tasks seem like rocket science. At first they cant pay <span style="text-decoration: underline;">MY</span> money, then they cant communicate with me to give me an update?????</p>
