No assistance!!

I have been trying to get ahold of GEPF - The toll free lets you hold on for 30minutes + and cuts off. Emails that no.one responds too. Im awaiting payout - according to the site a choice form needs to filled out but no.one has contacted me regarding this, guess we should thumb such the information. I hope someone can attend to this.
