No accountability whatsoever!

My dad has not been able to get his tax returns because of an error GEPF made. It's been over 4 years and they keep saying "sorry for the inconvenience but hasn't not fixed anything! Today we walked in at GEPF( drove all the way from MP) and we still couldn't get a hold of the person who is meant to assist. GEPF incorrectly reconciled tax certificates with incorrect source codes!! Please we need this matter resolved
