nEVER RECEIVED PENSION LAST MONTH!!!

I have sent the GEPF an email as well as my mother have sent numerous faxes but nothing has been done!<br> <br> Good day <br> <br> Mrs Wenda Vermeulen have changed her banking details on the 5th of June, she have contacted you numerous times by sending the new banking details via fax and was at your offices in Cape Town as well. When she called to find out if someone there have received the faxes she was told by a lady that that was not the correct procedure and that whatever she do now she will not receive her pension at the end of the month. When she was at the Cape Town office a lady advised her that she will still get her pension but it will be paid into her closed bank account. How can that be???? She advised she went to the bank yesrday and there was nothing and in the new bank account no pension money was paid in! please pay her pension ASAP! <br> <br> Please contact her!<br> <br> How can that be? How should she have known what procedure to follow. She have received a new form and completed it, and send it back. SHE IS A PENSIONER AND NEED HER PENSION AT THE END OF THIS MONTH PLEASE. <br> <br> Wenda Vermeulen <br> <br> Please come back to her asap.<br>
