My Husband passed away on the 9 of July 2023, i submitted everything that GEPF needed from me

My Husband passed away on the 9 of July 2023, i submitted everything that GEPF needed from me. But they haven't paid until today. Im unemployed have 2 young children m struggling to support them now. First born is doing R this year n last born is 2 years still wear nappies . I am so heartbroken because i dont know they taking this long to pay the pension fund it been 9 months now and they dont border calling me and explain what is going on
