My brother was retrenched in February and still didnt receive his money

My brother was retrenched in February and still didnt receive his money.Every month there is a different story.He has to go to public hospitals.They also cancelled his medical aid.There is no income.No food in the house.He lives with my mother and 2 daughters.His policies has lapses.
