Must it take someone's life for you to pay, I'm loosing a sister

You have disappointed my sister she made a claim in 23 Dec still today I made 100 calls to you, waited on supervisors to call back, you have not paid her, one of ur consultants told me anyways there are backlogs, today she sent messages of suicide to me, she can't take it, her world is financially falling apart, while u relax, I will send these whatsapp to legal department, as docs are stuck there, no one is calling her
