Mother sitting without any income!
My Mother's last day at work after 30 years of selfless service and hard work was on the 31st of December last year. She has been without an income since. Is this really how she is repaid? She stays 40km away from her HR Department and has driven back and forth numerous times to 'fix' and submit whatever's outstanding. There seems to be an absolute overwhelming lack of urgency on GEPFs part. Can someone please attend to this matter!

The exit document has been received from your mother's employer however the following errors were found;
Rejected by GPAA for the following reason :
1. latest payslips not attached
2. no employer stamp on choice form
Please contact the employer and advise of the errors found. They should correct and resubmit to the Gpaa for processing.
