<p>Good day</p> <p>Hope that Lucille will read this and maybe reply as i see no replies for the past week. My contract ended with the SANDF 31 Des 2015. My papers was forwardes to your office and the according to the call centre send back to employer due to Z102 and contract date difference. Please inform me on the process my file need to go through (departments)? If the papers are corrected will it be seen as a new application again? Do you again have 60 days? presume it is working days? Maybe if your office explain the process and time line for this we might be more understanding. Currently i don"t have any income.....this pension will be my income....and the people i owe money can't understand that no dates can be given.</p>
