Money owed back to me from GEPF backpay aswell as original payout adjustment

Bought discharged from the Police in Sept 2023. At the time of my payout in Fecember 2023 out increases was still not finalized from April 2023. Eventually in May 2024 SAPS finalized this on their side and send me a payslip indicating that money was deducted from me and send to GEPF.

I have queried GEPF several times on this and also asked that they not just pay back this amount but also redo my calculations for pension payout as this was never included in my orginal payout.

As to date all feedback I received was that it was handed to the relevant department and nothing further. Not even to which department it was handed and without any futher feedback.

Its been 6 months now and Im still sitting without answers
