Money has been paid out to the executor

Hellopeter I got a message from gepf it goes like this.

Dear GEPF member. SARS issued a tax directive i.r.o your pension payment. Payment will be effected within 5 working days.

I received this message becouse we claimed our fathers pension fund who passed in 2014 and now its been two weeks since i've reveiced the message. I decided to give them a call and they say the money has been paid out the executor which is my grandmom ....

If the money has been paid out to the executor what will happen to me?
