Missing pension fund

For many years my father was in the army and got paid his monthly pension fund, however, he passed away last month and we've been trying to send the claim form to the provided email address on the website, however, it bounces back, as the pension fund from my late father is now supposed to be moved over to mother who is the beneficiary on his pension and all other policies and annuities and at the end of March 2024 the pension fund was not transferred into my father's bank account but it went missing without any correspondence for GEPF.
