Misconduct, Arrogance and Sheer **************

Hey there,

It's with heavy heart and utmost disappointment 💔 that I write this concerning my experiences with GEPF.

Three long years it's been, on the brink of four now, since my pension claim was first submitted. Yet, it seems the concept of prompt service is completely lost on their legal team. Their audacity, wrapped up in tons of red tape and bureaucracy, is absolutely maddening.

The sheer lack of transparent answers and feedback is extremely unprofessional 😡. It's beyond me how they can treat a client like this and still sleep at night.

We need our Government to step in and take necessary actions against such ********** acts because it's the people who suffer the most. No organization should be allowed to exploit those it was designed to help.
