Middle April and still no progress

<p>I resigned from GDE last year, my documents have been travelling between district and gpaa since. THERE IS STILL NO LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL. Now they say at the end of May, maybe. Quick to take the money, slow to give it back.
