Messed up !!?!?

This place is unbelievable. This morn I'm informed that my banking details must be verified as I had changed banks. This is so messed up. I have not since last working changed my banking details, I have resubmitted the banking details as they claimed it was not on file.. This is so irritate now they say call back Monday. Dear Lord have mercy as I will really loose it with these people.
