Massive mistake

<p>My name is Olivia Meyer.</p> <p>In my divorce I was granted a pension benefit from my ex-husband's pension and vice versa for him.</p> <p> </p> <p>My pension number is ********** 4</p> <p>My husband JVJ Meyer's number is ********** 4.</p> <p>I filed my claim on 5/12/2015 and today 4/1/2017 I was informed by the fund that my claim against Mr Meyers pension was actually paid to Mr Meyer himself on the 6/5/2016.</p> <p>For months the fund has been arguing with me stating that I was paid on 6/5/2016 but today the fund realised that they made a grievous mistake.</p> <p>I was also told that this issue would be escalated but from experience the fund never gets back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please advise me as to what the correct position is, was my ex-husband paid from his own pension to which I was actually entitled to.</p> <p> </p> <p>How is the fund going to remedy this problem as the fund has failed to comply with the divorce order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>Olivia Meyer</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
