Maretha Bruwer, Pension Payout

I have submitted my pension claim forms in December 3, 2014 for retirement end April 2015.<br> It is now the 5th of September 2015 and still no settlement.<br> The required docuents have now being send back and forth for 5 times for one or other mistake.<br> Education HR is responsible for the completeness and correctness of the Z102 document. all documents that I had to submit is correct.<br> My husband just had cancer surgery with a hospital bill of R140 000.00 rand, excluding the doctors excess, ICU excess. Anaethist excess, Internist excess. amounts received to date R29 000.00 rand, I am still waiting for the rest.<br> I am now in a position where all my savings has being used and I can no longer kee my commitments.<br> I can not lose my house due to inefficiency of a Government dept.<br> Please Please help.<br> Maretha Bruwer<br> My pension number is ***3 and Persal no ***0
