LUMP SUM ***3

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>Please advise as to when my mother's lump sum will be paid out. She keeps hearing the same old story..it is as the payment section...my supervisor will escalate. And then not a thing happens after that.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please just contact her with the date of payment and not the normal reply of following up when feedback is available because that does not happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Stephane</p>
