LUCILLE SMITH NOT GETTING BACK WITH PAYMENT DATE

<p>I have contacted Lucille Smith vfrom GEPF on the 01/12/16 and 02/12/16 regarding a payment date. According to her and Thabiso Poo my pension payout process was finalised on the 25/11/16. The tax directive was received by them on the 25/11/16. To date they haven't supp**** me with a payment date. I am still waiting. They do not attend to emails.
