<p>Hi Lucille, I trust this finds you well because I am not. Since I brought the paper work that was missing and asked you for my payout date. I have not heard anything else from you accept that you will check if there is any errors. Well I don't thing there should be any errors since I specifically asked you if apart from the missing certified divorce degree of there was anything else you needed your response again was only on the certified divorce copy. You do not understand the level of stress I am under and would like to get my payout date. I am on chronic medication and really need to.look after myself. So when should I be expecting what's due to me?</p>
