Long overdue Pension payout

My mom was employed at George Mukhari as a cleaner, she went on pension end of July 2018 however up untill today she has not been paid out her pension.We have been following it up by calling them and visiting them physically but it was worthless.my moms furniture has been reposessed, she can't pay her societies and do not even have money to visit the clinic for regular check ups.She was admitted due to high blood pressure around april for exersive thinking because her pension was still not paid out.with the little money that i earn i have to take care of her. my younger sister and my own family which led me to being over indebted because i cannot afford to take care of both families.She is not allowed to apply for social grant because they said she must wait for the pension payout first.in April 2019 they said we must wait for 60 days period before the pay out, the period lapsed on 16 June 2019 however they did not pay when we enquired they say payment date has not been set.there are different stories everytime and the call centre agents always says they have escalated our quiry.we have have been emotionally abused and we tired can you please pay my mom her money.she worked hard and now she is not getting what she deserves.we are extremely tired of you GEPF.
