Long awaiting payment

<p>During April 2016 I've send in my divorce settlement to GEPF to claim my 50% of the Pension fund agreed upon. After several attempts on calling for information regarding the pay out not taking place, I was informed in January 2017 that they did not receive my tax sertificate which I've emailed to them on 31 January 2017 of which notification was received on 07 February 2017 from GEPF that they now have all the relevant documents to start with the pay out process. After several attemps trying to gather information about the process and how far they are, I am still awaiting feedback up to today 09 May 2017. These divorce benefit funds are claimed to be pay out in a 3 months period and I do know it might take a bit longer, but up to now it is more than a year and still nothing. I struggle as I cannot accept any work as I do not have money to rent a flat or even fill up my car. I would appreciated it if this matter can be attend to ASAP.</p>
