lies, no payment and service

I resigned from work on the 27th of February 2015. I was told that my payment will be made within 60 days. I called and went in to the Pietermaritzburg branch, I was told that it had an error and than in May I was told everything is in order wait a few days. I called Middle of June and I was told it in the payment stages and there I was told there are Four stages and mine just started so it won't be longer than two weeks. I call in today and I am told again it rejected and I ask how because I was told everything is fine. I never got a answer. It almost half a year for my own money. I have kids and family including my Fianc?e. These people are super selfish telling me that my case is not important just because they kids go to sleep having food and they have a salary that they wait for every month. On top of all that you still have to wait 40 minutes for your call to be answered
