Legal Dept Hold

My ex-husband's pension payout is taking 7 months thus far. The documents have been with the legal department since November 2015, which has now been 6 months.<br> <br> The first documents were sent via registered mail on the 28th of Oct 2015. I phoned three weeks later and it was confirmed as being received and with the legal department.<br> <br> On the 15th of Feb 2016 I received an email from the legal department requesting the attached documentation be completed and returned. Within a week all documents were hand delivered to Monica Bekker in Pretoria.<br> <br> I phoned in March and were told by the customer service agent that the documents had been sent to the processing department for payment and we can count 60 working days from 24 February.<br> <br> However when I phoned on Monday this week, I was told the documents are still with legal department and we can't understand why?<br> <br> And then we have to wait another 60 work days which means this payout will take 9 months, maybe more depending on when it will finally getprocessed for payment?
