Left service in January - 7 months later no payout

I retired at the end January 2015.To date I have not received pay out on and no decent explanation has been given to me. We have been calling the GEPF call centre since May 2015 which takes at least 30 min to be answered. All they tell me is that my file is in the payments section. Im very frustrated as I have policies, life covers and funeral covers that have lapsed due to the negligence of GEPF, how will you ensure that those policies are restored? How am i expected to live all these months - no income, no medical aid (Im a chronic diabetes patient) or is this how you kill people and **********ly use their funds? Do you think the stress of not being unable to provide for myself & my family doesn't accelerate my already deteriorating health??? I have done my part in this & will not pay for your incompetence. Explain to me why i am being treated like a dog?. You dont even have the decency to call me. Please do not reply with half answers, I need to know when I will be paid and how will the effects of the delay be recovered? I need to know how will you ensure my kids have the life/funeral covers I have paid for over 20 years when and if I die - now that it has lapsed thanks to you.
