LATE PAYMENT OF GEPF

HELLO,<br> <br> It is extremely upsetting to note that both the KZN DoE/GEPF shows an unacceptable lack of commitment to assist with my inquiry after numerous e-mails. <br> I had submitted all necessary documentation for my pension payout on 22 January 2015 and e-mailed my concerns again and again when payment wasn't made after 3 months. I sent in 6 sets of documents for various terms I have been employed (UTE- Substitute Educator: Jan 2008 to Oct 2014- contracts were renewed each term), and finally my contract terminated in October 2014(as the position I occupied was filled by a permanent educator). I am still awaiting placement by the Department and am still unemployed. I am a single parent with financial commitments such as school fees, rent, etc.<br> Family have been helpful thus far, however, they themselves can only assist for so long. I again sent an e-mail to GEPF on Thursday (2-07-2015) requesting assistance, and again they inform me that my details have still not been updated on their system by my employer: KZN DoE. Cannot understand why my details all appear on the department's system but not GEPF. <br> This is so stressful and frustrating. <br> PLEASE ASSIST<br> Kind regards,<br> K. KISTAN
