Late benefits

Good Day

I've been trying to get hold of you for the past year and few months now in connection with my late father's benefits who was working for the SAPS and he past away ON the 16 of May 2016. When I call your offices no one answered. I'll hold the line for 30minutes to an hour with no help.

I've sent all the necessary documents to you guys but nothing happens.
