Lack of service

Both my ex husband and I claimed for divorce and I claimed before him but to my surprise they payed him about a month ago and I am still waiting.always when I call they tell me they are still busy with the process and one of the call centre agent was also surprised why I am still waiting to be paid...

And always when I call no supervisors are available and call centre agents has no answers..
