Lack of customer service

The phones are not answered or disconnected without answering .

The website is down all the time .

How can this happen when hundreds of millions of rands are wasted on failed businesses , investments , *******ion and projects. Surely the money can be spent usefully on upgrading the it systems and ensure phone calls are answered or is this another ploy to get emergency and ******* procurement ?
