lack of correspondence
I've submitted GEPF forms in Jo'burg on the 17 September 2015 yet to date no update or any form of correspondence from the GEPF.could someone check and inform me of the status of my application. I've called the office and calls went unanswered

Please be advised that the GPAA have not received the late member's pension documents from the employer as yet.
Your complaint will be escalated to the relevant Client Liaison Officer in order to contact the late member's employer in this regard.
