Lack of communication to stakeholders

I write here having seen a review from Mr Anda Simon Piliso. My dear Sir you and I are on the same boat, getting the same excuse I’m up to my highest level of frustration. I was told the last time my application was handled was on the 16th of May this month and it is still stuck in the payment section. I have just called them literally a few minutes ago, I spoke to a consultant by the name of Gundo Musekwa/Mosekwa who said that some formulas for calculating resignation payouts were changed after implementation of the two-pot system so my application is stuck with the batch waiting for the person in charge to work on the new formula! Were we ever informed of this? She says she doesn’t know coz it’s the responsibility of the communication department to inform us!!!!so to this day my payout is stuck with yours there by payment section. In the meantime, nobody cares how we are surviving!!!!
