it looks like i dont exist on their files

in June 2015 I called the GEPF requesting my statement of fund contributed since from 2006/02/01 up to now, unfortunately they could not get my information, I was told to take the matter with SARS but my contributions are being deducted monthly, confused as I am up to now still not get anything under my name. first of all the pension number I was on my SARS payslip was different from what they have, but was changed by our HR administrator to aligned it with the one GEPF they have of which it raised concerned as well how can I have different numbers on 1 pension fund up to now no one explained to me, so I really don't know who is working with my case and when it will be solved when I called GEPF I am referred to SARS when I contacted SARS they say they submit everything to GEPF, PLEASE ASSIST
