Is the Gepf also *****s?

On the 30th of March 2021 Gepf contacted my Grandmother with regards her late husband's money that was not paid they referred it to the implantation of the redress of Discriminatory pension practice resolution 2 of 2018... They requested papers from my Gran which she provided on the 19 July 2021 they said the money would be paid in 4 Months and till this day nothing has been paid, when we do follow up we are told that it might pay sooner or later, no one is explaining anything.... She was given a Member number ***9....is this how our elders money ****** by the people who claim to help... Is there anybody who can give us reasonable answers...
