IRP3 INCORRECTLY SUBMITTED TO SARS

<p>I have sent this same e-mail on 29 AUGUST 2016, 31 AUGUST 2016 AND AGAIN ON 5 SEPTEMBER 2016 and have STILL not got any feedback. I went to the SARS offices in Boksburg on 29 August 2016 to find out why I can't complete my SARS e-filing submission for 2015/2016.</p> <p>I resigned from the GDE on 31/12/2015 and only received my pension money in March 2016. According to the IRP5 that GEPF sent me, the date of accrual is 2016 and the reconciliation/tax period is 2017. When I got to the SARS office, the lady printed me the IRP3 submitted to SARS by GEPF indicating the date of accrual is 2015-12-31 and year of assessment is 2016- according to directive and application number . This has wrongfully been submitted to SARS by GEPF and is now costing me to phone and drive around so that I can have my SARS e-filing/submission completed.</p> <p>According to SARS, the GEPF (YOU) have to cancel the directive and resubmit so that your IRP3 SUBMISSION coincide with my IRP5 which will only be applicable for the tax year 2016/2017.</p> <p> </p>
