inefficient GEPF

It is difficult to imagine that an organization as rich as the GEPF, does not seem to have any employees. I have sent them three e-mails and have tried to telephone numerous times without reaching anybody at all. They have not answered my e-mails and do not bother to answer the telephone. It is completely impossible to reach them. I do not know what one is supposed to do to get some response. Susan Kellerman
