Inconsistent Information

Good day,<br> <br> I have been calling the GEPF call centre for most of January up until today regarding my dad's pension. My father (Thililelwi Jameson Nedambale ID: ***) passed away on the 1st of the 10th month 2014 and we submitted documents that were required last year including a Z143 which my mother had filled in. It then came to our attention that the Z143 submitted contained some errors and therefore we had to re-submit. This was done during January, we were advised that the documents were taken to Polokwane from the Thohoyandou branch because it was offline for a week or so. I have constantly been making follow ups however the information given is inconsistent. Last week I spoke to two consultants on two different days and amongst the two was Gertrude Mokgathi who confirmed that they are busy processing the calculations and that all the relevant documents were submitted and up to date. I called in today to make a follow up once more and I spoke to Dorothy Modise who has advised that they are still waiting for outstanding documents which is the Z143 and the guardian letter for Nyandzanga. According to the information provided to me prior, this is quite the opposite.
