Incompitant gepf consultants

I lodged a devorce claim for my ex husband last year around July(2018) After 3 months of waiting for any communication from them i went to the branch in nelspruit a number of times and i was told my claim was with the legal department which might take approximately 60 days for my payout, time and months went by and after calling the call center and going into the branch i haven't heard anything from them and when i call i get consultants who are rude and don't know their jobs, ive sent emails and still i am not getting any feedback, can someone please do their job and give feedback. This is truly frustrating, i just need feedback and to know that someone is actually working on my case.
