GEPF has been nothing but ***********. My mother retired in Dec 2019 yet pension fund has not been paid out. She's been to the office in Qwaqwa whereby her case was escalated to the supervisor and yet no resolution. When she calls the call center she waits for the longest time and still no success. What a bad service!
