*********** LEGAL DEPT & IGNORING HIGH COURT ORDER

I was awarded via Court Order a settlement payment that stated clearly that payment has to be made to me within 60 days. The court order was awarded in July 2022. It's 3 Jan 2023 and my file is still at legal department. I have been phoning them twice a week since July to find out when I will get payment and EVERYTIME they had the same story "your file is with the legal department, please phone again in a few days". I have escalated this 4 times and ...NOTHING. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager in legal, their phone rings and then disconnects. I'm sick and tired of the same excuse over and over!! This should have been paid latest Oct 2022 which would've given them 90 days..they are ***********, slow and have ignored a High Court Order. I need results as I can't wait much longer.
