I cannot begin to articulate my dissatisfaction and dissapointment, poor service that I received from GEPF. My mom died on the 22nd of April 2020 and me and my brother submitted our claim on the 05th of May and we were told to wait for 60 working days before payout but to our surprise we were told to re-submit our documents and sended on the 8th of October 2020.

I'm disappointed for the fact that we called from September till October without anyone noticing that we should re_submit our documents and now that we have done so, still we haven't been paid as yet.Poor poor very poor service from GEPF.
