The above mentioned government department has been promising to get back to me regarding my divorce benefit interest. I've sent lots of emails and they keep on giving unfulfilled promises, and these are the people who claim to work for us but can't deliver. The first email was sent in February today is August, how long must I really wait for an answer. The only response sent was a survey form to give points on how quick or good they are, which is never from me.
