Incompetency at GPAA offices

Terrible Pension administrative company ! I’ve had an application for payout since my contract ended in Dec 2021. My HR only submitted documents to GEPF on the 10th of Feb. GPEF took over a month without any communication only to respond on the 20th of March that my claim has been rejected. HR re-sent my documents on the 25th of March for me to be only told that the process will be started again as if a new claim and I can expect 60 working days maximum for payout. I’m furious, I’m unemployed because 60 days have passed if I count from the first time my forms were submitted. Why must be civilians be unduly punished for poor administration!
