INCOMPETENCY...

I have submitted a death claim on the 14th December 2020, and till to date I have not got any payment due to the ***********s of the services they promise to deliver and they don't. I have been calling and going to their offices in JHB and all that I get is wait we had missing information that you must give then I got the information from the bank on the 15th January 2021 but still today (22nd January 2021) I have not yet got the payment. I am so worried on how are they able to handle people's funds if they cannot handle small claims that are promised to be paid in 72 hours!!!
