Incompetence at GEPF

Good morning I retired in 2021. Got my benefits on time. I retired on Grade 1 but should have been on Grade 2. For the past 4 years my forms have been sent left right and centre. The reason given: calculations. Then the numbers have to be rounded off then this, then that. After the employee who deals with my forms asked the GEPF official to sit next to him and show him what was incorrect, she corrected it herself. I went to Gepf offices for feedback , no surprise calculations are wrong. I wonder if these GEPF officials(males) are covering up their incompetence by being rude, and arrogant.
