Incompetence and Failure to pay

Hi I have resigned from my work in February 2025.Still waiting for my resignation payout until today with no progress which is supposed to be 60 working days.I have been in Johannesburg GEPF offices and they told that my documents are in payments department for almost 3 weeks now .I call the call centre almost twice a week with same answer .I wonder GEPF has funds to pay people.Its so annoying checking your bank app everyday for GEPF payments.Most of us waiting for this money to settle our debt and live a debt free life and imagine die waiting in stress.
