I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!

ohhh what a useless fund, i actually feel sorry for our benefeciaries , we going to almost a year of waiting for my funds to be paidout by this good for nothing fund. its always one story after the other with their *********** agents. what kind of a company that doesnt have TAT in place for their processess. im extremely disgusted by their service wich is also non-existent. theres no use of calling the ombudsman as they also useless with their systems that is forever down!
