I resigned from my GDE teaching post in January this year and the GDE submitted all my documentation to GEPF and was informed that payment should take 30-90 days maximum, however that was not the case and when I contacted them in March, they said that they did not receive my documentation (I did not receive any feedback or reference number prior to that) so I had to resubmit all documentation for once again at the GDE offices. It is now the 31st of July 2025 and I have still not been paid! I have been trying to contact them almost every day since May 2025, but the call centre number either cuts off or has an engaged tone, they do not call back if you leave a call back request, and for the past month, they have been “offline” every time I did get through to an agent. I have also emailed them to which they initially responded - asking for my persal number, etc. which I sent though and I have not received any correspondence from them since.
