I have a frustrating experience with GEPF

I have a frustrating experience with GEPF. When one searches for information online, you are directed to an app to complete lot of thing. I tried but the app does not recognise me and wont allow me to register! It claims they do not have my records even though GEPF recently sent me a letter. When I try calling them, the call is not picked up until your airtime is finished. Poor service in my opinion. No replies even in emails. Just frustrating. Im not happy at all with gepf
